Production & Warehouse Operator | Food Manufacturing

Masterol Foods is an Australian-owned supplier and manufacturer of specialised food ingredients, processing aids and edible oils, servicing customers across the food manufacturing industry. Our Newcastle operation combines manufacturing, packing and warehousing, supplying products to customers throughout Australia.

We are seeking a reliable and capable Production & Warehouse Operator to join our Newcastle operation.

This is a varied, hands‑on role primarily involving the manufacture, packing, storage and preparation for dispatch of specialised food ingredients, processing aids, edible oils and other products.

The successful applicant will work across our production and warehouse operations, manufacturing products to specification, packing and labelling finished goods, receiving and storing materials, and preparing customer orders for delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manufacture and blend specialised food ingredients and processing aids in accordance with production instructions and specifications.
- Fill, pack, label and palletise edible oils and other products.
- Receive, inspect and store incoming raw materials, packaging and other goods, and record receipts and batch details in our ERP system.
- Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch, record dispatches in the ERP system and arrange freight collections as required.




- Operate a forklift for the receipt, storage and movement of goods.
- Maintain orderly production and warehouse areas and assist with stocktakes.

Other responsibilities include:

- Complete production, quality and inventory records.
- Undertake routine cleaning and housekeeping and help ensure cleaning activities are completed on schedule and to the required standard.
- Identify and report production, inventory, quality or maintenance issues.
- Follow food safety, quality, WHS and operating procedures.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and accurate, with a willingness to take ownership of their work.

Previous experience in food manufacturing, food ingredients, pharmaceutical, chemical or another quality‑controlled production environment would be highly regarded. Experience in warehousing and inventory control would also be advantageous.

A current forklift licence is essential. Positive computer skills are required, although training will be provided on our ERP system and internal processes. The position involves regular manual handling, so applicants must be comfortable with the physical requirements of a production and warehouse role.

This is a full‑time position based in Whitebridge, NSW, offering a practical and varied role across our production and warehouse operations.
