You must be able to demonstrate that you are a customer focused, driven sales professional who is able to manage a portfolio of varied accounts with independent tyre retailers and end users. The successful candidate will possess strong customer relationship skills and understand how to create genuine relationships whilst being part of a results-focused team who is passionate about lasting performance. Sales driven bonuses are available for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities of this role

- Execute NSW sales plans to achieve the sales budget results.
- Execute planned initiatives to achieve overall territory growth within existing sales channels and customer categories.




- Proactively identifying prospective current customers within each sales channel and initiating sales activities to convert Customers.
- Communicating new sales programs to customers to ensure we maximize market opportunities.
- Achieves monthly sales budgets within NSW as agreed with the CEO.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1-2 Years minimum sales and account management experience is desirable but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to identify new and emerging sales opportunities.
- Customer-focused with the ability to form long-lasting relationships built on trust and professionalism.
- Competitive and performance-driven.
- Ability to self-motivate.
