About You
You are a personable and outgoing practitioner who genuinely cares about achieving outstanding outcomes for your clients.

The Role
You will join our growing Return to Work team, helping injured and ill workers achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Your work will include:
- Managing occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work cases
- Developing and progressing return-to-work plans
- Workplace assessments and suitable duties planning
- Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
- Liaising with employers, insurers, doctors and treating practitioners
- Identifying and overcoming barriers to recovery and return to work
- Supporting employers to achieve better injury management and RTW outcomes
The role is flexible and we match practitioner location with referrals. You have the flexibility to work from home for appropriate components of your caseload.
We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

To Apply for This Role, You Must:
- Hold appropriate qualifications and current registration/accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist or other rehab based qualification
- Have a current unrestricted driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Occupational rehabilitation experience is preferred but not essential
