- Manage HR processes to ensure QCS adhere to public service industrial legislation and associated directives
- Actively contribute to significant human resource initiatives that support the development of department wide HR practices and initiatives
- Provide significant support to the Principal Consultants and Senior Advisers, HR Group, to ensure ongoing service delivery to operational units
- Provide HR consultancy service to line management and staff of business units, in response to the day-to-day needs for a broad range of HR services and advice
- Provide significant contribution to the development of HR plans aimed at delivering a broad range of services across QCS, ensuring alignment with relevant HR strategic objectives for QCS
- Build HR capability across the Agency through implementing and coordinating key HR initiatives and supporting management to deliver outcomes associated with these initiatives
- Undertake HR analytics and provide advice on emerging trends that assist with business decisions
- Undertake reviews and ongoing monitoring of HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with current legislative requirements
