We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Trainee Receptionist to join our Ballina office.
About the Role
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to begin your career in a professional office environment through a structured 12-month traineeship.
As part of this role, you will formally undertake a Certificate III in Business (Administration), gaining practical, on-the-job experience combined with nationally recognised training.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and play an important role in supporting our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and managing front desk reception
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
- Data entry and scanning documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing general administrative support to the team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, well-presented, and qualified
- Eager to learn and committed to completing a Certificate III in Business (Administration)
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office knowledge an advantage)
- Able to work well in a team environment
No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided.
