About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced General Labourer with Electrical Spotter experience to join their growing team. This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates who are confident working around plant and equipment, ensuring safe operations near overhead and underground electrical assets while assisting with a range of general labouring duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labouring duties across civil and construction projects
- Act as an Electrical Spotter for plant and machinery operating near electrical assets
- Assist with excavation, trenching, and site preparation works
- Support operators and trades personnel on-site
- Maintain exclusion zones and adhere to all safety procedures
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Complete general housekeeping and site clean-up duties
- Support the team in achieving project deadlines
To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Current Electrical Spotter Ticket
- Previous experience in civil construction or general labouring roles
- White Card
- Solid understanding of site safety procedures
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable transport and current Driver's Licence
- Reliable attitude and strong work ethic
