Mercy Health is seeking a Psychological Health Project Officer to advance staff wellbeing and safety across our aged care, hospital and community services. The role will support psychological health initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
You will bring knowledge of psychosocial safety, develop and implement programs, and engage with staff to foster a secure, supportive work environment. This is a fixed term 12‑month position based in Richmond with site travel.
