Sush Track in Hobart is seeking a Cook to assist our Lead Cook in our closed commercial kitchen. The role focuses on food preparation and supporting cooking processes across our range of products, with occasional coverage when the Lead Cook is away.
We’re after someone with prior cook experience and an interest in Japanese cuisine, who can thrive in a busy, enclosed environment. Hours are adaptable but require full availability Monday to Saturday during daytime, not suited for students.
