Responsibilities
n
n
- Contribute to the design and delivery of bespoke healthcare and consumer health research projects across qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologies
n
- Conduct and support in-depth interviews, online communities, workshops, and focus groups with healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, consumers, and other key stakeholders
n
- Explore attitudes, beliefs, behaviours, unmet needs, treatment journeys, and decision‐making processes across a broad range of healthcare categories
n
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative findings to uncover actionable insights and strategic implications that drive business decisions
n
- Manage project timelines, fieldwork partners, stakeholder communications, and quality processes
n
- Contribute to proposal development and research approaches that address strategic client challenges
n
- Support the delivery of real‐world evidence and insights projects that combine primary research with healthcare data and evidence
n
- Develop impactful presentations, reports, and storylines for internal and client audiences
n
- Present findings internally and progressively take on client‐facing presentation opportunities
n
- Develop expertise across healthcare consulting, market research, behavioural science, and real‐world evidence
n
- Collaborate with senior consultants,
associate principals and subject matter experts on high‐profile healthcare projects
n
- Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
n
- 3‐5 years' experience in a primary market research agency
n
- Solid qualitative research experience, including conducting or moderating interviews and focus groups
n
- Experience contributing to quantitative and mixed‐methodology studies, including data analysis, interpretation, and synthesis of findings
n
- Experience translating data into compelling insights and strategic recommendations
n
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication and storytelling skills
n
- Excellent project management and organisational capabilities
n
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and take ownership
n
- Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech, healthcare data, or real‐world evidence is highly regarded
n
- Valid working rights in Australia
