At Northlane Consulting Engineers, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on a diverse range of civil projects across North Queensland and the Sunshine Coast - from roads and drainage to landslide remediation and bridges.
You’ll work directly with experienced engineers and project managers, gaining exposure to design, site investigations, construction, contract administration and project management. You’ll receive structured support as you develop your technical skills and progress towards becoming a well-rounded civil engineer.
Whether you’re a recent graduate or have up to three years’ experience, this is an opportunity to build your technical skills, take on real responsibility and develop your career within a supportive engineering consultancy.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel to remote project sites
