The Opportunity

My FootDr Casula is seeking a friendly and dedicated Receptionist to join our Podiatry clinic team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will also be required to provide coverage as needed at our nearby clinic based in Moorebank.

The role is suited to someone with a "can do" attitude, a background in administration and someone who is process driven. There are endless development opportunities for the right person!

Key responsibilities:

- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic.
- Efficiently manage patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments.
- Assist customers with fitting and purchasing footwear, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and products.
- Ensure all podiatry instruments are properly sterilised and maintained according to our stringent hygiene standards.
- Provide assistance to podiatrists as needed,



ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- Manage patient records, handle billing and payments, and perform general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including phone manner)
- Self-motivated team player with a "can do" attitudeand professional presentation

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail
- Previous experience within a healthcare setting is highly regarded
