We are looking for an Aged Care Specialist to join our sales team. This is a strategic sales position where your industry knowledge is your greatest asset. You don’t need Salesforce experience, we will provide the technical training. We need your ability to engage with C‑suite leaders, uncover business pain points, and close deals that drive digital transformation.

What You’ll Do (Sales & Business Development)
- Drive Growth: Proactively build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities within the Aged Care sector.
- Expert Consultation: Lead high‑level conversations with CEOs and Boards to identify process, reporting, and compliance gaps.
- Commercial Ownership:
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to crafting professional proposals and closing deals.
- Ecosystem Networking: Represent SalesFix at industry events and user groups to maintain a high profile within the sector.
