What You'll Do





- Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll learn how to restore homes after water, mould, fire and storm damage.
- Travel to residential restoration jobs with your team
- Assist with water damage restoration, mould remediation, fire restoration and storm damage restoration
- Assist with fire and smoke damage clean-up, soot removal and restoration work
- Set up and monitor drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers
- Remove damaged materials where required
- Clean, sanitise and restore affected areas
- Follow job scopes and restoration procedures
- Complete job updates and moisture readings using your phone
- Maintain equipment, vehicles and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster as your training progresses
- Build the skills and confidence to eventually manage restoration jobs yourself
