MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Specialists to join our team in Australia, Guam, Japan, and Philippines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

n

n
- Lead the execution of shipping and receiving activities and coordinates the movement of materials across multifunctional departments
n
- Validate the accuracy of shipping manifests and authorize the dispatch of multimodal cargo to maintain mission readiness
n
- Monitor the performance of Distribution staff against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of improved material handling procedures
n
- Execute specialized distribution oversight for JTDC operations intended for diverse theater Mission Partners
n
- Validate the technical accuracy of sustainment reports and lead field-level assessments of sorting, warehousing, and distribution procedures within theater hubs
n
- Draft and maintain documentation for shipping and receiving activities and prepare manifests for multimodal cargo
n
- Follow established SOPs to ensure that all material handling activities are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards
n
- Prepare data summaries for Mission Partner reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for theater retrograde and contingency distribution plans within the U.S. Pacific AOR

Minimum Qualifications:

n

Expert Level

n

n
- 12+ years of position-relevant experience
n
- Experience in formal document approval and acting as the final Technical Authority for theater-level shipping and receiving operations
n
- High school diploma
n

n

Senior Level

n

n
- 10+ years of position-relevant experience
n
- Experience in formal shipping and receiving oversight and leading Technical Teams in an expeditionary workplace
n
- High school diploma
n

n

Mid-Level

n

n
- 3+ years of position-relevant experience
n




- Proficiency in automated shipping and receiving software and technical reporting
n
- High school diploma
n

n

Junior Level

n

n
- Foundational knowledge of shipping and receiving principles
n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
n
- High school diploma
n

n

Desired Qualifications:

n

Expert Level

n

n
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
n
- Experience with USSOCOM or PACOM theater distribution systems
n
- Proficiency in automated cargo tracking systems (e.g., GATES or CMOS)
n

n

Senior Level

n

n
- Forklift Operator certification or HAZMAT Shipping certification
n
- Experience with DoD technical manuals and supply policy for expeditionary theater distribution centers
n

n

Mid-Level

n

n
- Foundational knowledge of DoD supply regulations and HAZMAT handling
n
- Experience in military logistics or distribution center documentation
n

n

Junior Level

n

n
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
n
- 1+ years in shipping, receiving, or distribution operations
n
- Certified Logistics Technician (CLT), HAZMAT Shipping certification (DOT/IATA/IMDG)
n
- Foundational understanding of Joint Transportation Documentation Center (JTDC) or equivalent theater-level distribution hubs
n

- Must possess active Public Trust clearance

Physical Requirements:

- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual communication which may involve delivering presentations
