Sesami is seeking a Service Centre Technician to join our team on a full-time basis at our Lidcombe, NSW office. This is a hands-on technical role that plays a crucial part in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production and repair operations. You will be responsible for performing a range of technical tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and stagging machines. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse range of equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Stagging machines before being installed in the field
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using appropriate testing equipment and procedures
- Conduct quality inspections on products and components throughout the production and/or repair process
- Assemble, disassemble and reassemble equipment components as required
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities,



repairs completed and parts used
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

- Experience working with and servicing electromechanical equipment
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter who is able to work unsupervised
- Ability to communicate in both oral and written form
- Solid problem-solving skills with the capacity to diagnose and resolve technical faults independently
- Reliable time-keeping and the ability to work as part of a cooperative team
