We’re currently recruiting for an experienced SiteManager to join a well-established construction business with a strongpipeline of commercial D&C; projects across Western Sydney.

This is a genuine opportunity for a Site Manager who knowshow to run a site, lead subcontractors and trades, and deliver projects fromground-up construction through to handover.

Projects typically range from $5M to $20M, withexperience in the education sector highly regarded.

About the role

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successfulday-to-day delivery of your project, working closely with the Project Managerand wider construction team.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managingall site operations from mobilisation through to completion
- Coordinatingsubcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Drivingthe construction program and project milestones
- Managingsite logistics and sequencing
- Maintaininghigh standards of safety and quality
- ManagingQA, inspections and defects




- Runningtoolbox talks and site meetings
- Liaisingwith consultants, clients and project stakeholders
- Identifyingand resolving issues before they impact the program
- Ensuringthe project is delivered safely, on time and to specification

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, organisedand commercially minded, with the confidence to take control of a busyconstruction site.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Provenexperience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
- Experiencedelivering projects valued between $5M and $20M
- Strongsubcontractor and trade management capabilities
- Excellentknowledge of construction sequencing and site operations
- Theability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strongcommunication and leadership skills
- Aproactive approach to problem-solving
- Astrong commitment to WHS, quality and project outcomes
- Educationsector experience is highly desirable
