Your duties will include:

- Lead and support Natural Area Specialists across multiple sites.
- Carry out chemical, manual and ecological weed control and invasive species management.
- Deliver bush regeneration, revegetation and ecological restoration using native plant species.




- Conduct flora and fauna assessments and monitor ecosystem health to support biodiversity goals.
- Restore and maintain bushland, wetlands and environmentally sensitive areas.
- Plan daily works, coordinate team schedules and conduct site inspections.
- Maintain environmental, quality, WHS and site presentation standards, including required documentation.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, identify site risks and improvements, and train and mentor staff.

To be successful in this role, you might have:

- A Current Drivers’ licence and own transport
- National Police Check
- White Card (required or willing to obtain)
- Experience in bush regeneration or a related field
- Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or Bachelors (Highly Desirable)
