Full-time | Hands-on role | Warehouse + Field Support
We’re looking for a Stock & Logistics Lead to keep our stock, warehouse and installation teams moving efficiently. This is a hands‑on role that sits between the warehouse, installers and office. You’ll be responsible for making sure our installers have the right stock each morning, stock levels are maintained, deliveries get where they need to go, and jobs are ready to go ahead as planned.
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and load stock onto installer vehicles each morning
- Order stock and maintain appropriate stock levels across the warehouse and remote locations
- Keep the warehouse organised, accurate and running efficiently
- Receive, check and put away incoming stock
- Monitor stock usage and identify upcoming requirements
- Deliver stock and materials to installation sites when required
- Visit and roam installation sites to check progress and confirm jobs are ready
- Communicate back to the office regarding site readiness, stock requirements and any issues
- Work closely with installers, suppliers and the office team
- Help coordinate materials between the warehouse and active jobs
- Identify potential delays or stock shortages before they become problems
What we’re looking for
- Experience in stock, logistics, warehousing, building/construction or a similar hands‑on workplace
- A good understanding of stock levels and ordering
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A current driver’s licence (manual licence preferred but not essential)
- A forklift ticket or willingness to obtain
- A willingness to spend time both in the warehouse, driving, and out on sites
- Good attention to detail and a "get it done" attitude
Most importantly, we want someone who can keep the installers supplied, keep stock under control and keep the office well informed.
