You will support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients through culturally protected assessments, management plans, and rehabilitation programs in a multidisciplinary setting.
Role includes group sessions, collaboration with GPs, Nurses, and allied health professionals, and travel to clinics as needed. Current AHPRA registration and driver’s licence required.
