About the Opportunity

Assist senior chefs with the day to day operations of the kitchen utilizing your skills & experience. You will be passionate about a career in premium dining.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

- Chef experience at Chef de Partie level or above in a premium, a-la-carte restaurant
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a high volume or premium dining venue.
- Solid understanding of management practices
- Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Solid understanding of food safety standards
- Organisational and time management skills




- Excellent communication and presentation
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
