We are looking for an exceptional Aluminium Welder / Fabricator who has the technical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and creativity to transform ideas into high-quality aluminium products.

Enjoy Variety in Your Aluminium Fabrication Work

We believe the best roles combine variety with consistency. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of aluminium fabrication projects while developing your welding and fabrication skills and building confidence in our processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
- Measuring, cutting, preparing, and fabricating aluminium components
- TIG welding aluminium to a high standard
- MIG welding aluminium where required
- Producing clean, accurate, and visually appealing welds
- Fabricating new and customised aluminium products
- Problem-solving welding and fabrication challenges
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
- Contributing ideas and improvements during team discussions

What You’ll Need

- A relevant Trade Certificate in Boilermaking, Fabrication, Welding, or a related trade
- Proven experience welding and fabricating aluminium
- Strong TIG welding skills and experience with aluminium
- MIG welding experience, preferably with aluminium
- The ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Good understanding of aluminium preparation, fit-up, distortion, and welding techniques
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- A current driver’s licence or reliable transport to our Brendale workshop

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 5:30am – 2:00pm
Friday: 5:30am – 11:30am
