Grounds Maintenance Team Member – Brisbane to Ipswich

Brisbane City to Ipswich | 38 hrs/week, Mon–Fri | Start: 14 September | Ongoing work

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Team Member to work across commercial sites from Brisbane City through to Ipswich.

You’ll work alongside an experienced Team Leader, maintaining commercial grounds and landscaped areas across various locations.

Requirements

- Current driver’s licence
- Own vehicle highly regarded
- Current Police Check – essential
- Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience
- Experience operating commercial grounds maintenance equipment
- Confident using ride-on mowers, brush cutters/whipper snippers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and similar equipment
- Reliable and punctual




- Solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Required site inductions must be completed before commencing

Transport / Meeting Point

Ideally, you’ll live close to Redland Bay and be able to meet the Team Leader there, or reliably meet at the Wacol office each morning. Having your own vehicle would be highly regarded due to the different work locations.

We’re looking for job-ready, reliable candidates who are genuinely seeking ongoing full-time Monday-to-Friday work.
