Are you a lawyer with up to 1-3 years PAE looking to build a career in a thriving and highly specialised practice area?

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a talented lawyer to join its growing Corporate Health, Aged Care & Retirement Living team in Brisbane.

Working closely with leading partners, you'll advise an impressive client base across the health, aged care and retirement living sectors, gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate advisory, transactional and regulatory matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist expertise in industries experiencing significant growth and ongoing regulatory change.

You will work directly with clients and senior lawyers on a variety of matters, including:

- Corporate and commercial advisory work
- Transactions and business acquisitions
- Regulatory and compliance advice
- Governance and risk management matters
- Contract drafting and negotiation
- Disputes and advisory matters involving highly regulated industries

This role offers meaningful client contact, hands‑on responsibility and the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to organisations operating in the health, aged care and retirement living sectors.

To be successful, you will have:

- Up to 1-3 years post‑admission experience
- Experience advising clients in highly regulated industries




- A genuine interest in the health, aged care and retirement living sectors
- Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- The confidence to work directly with clients and develop lasting relationships
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused and commercial approach
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
