About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards

- Identifying mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately

- Completing vehicle servicing, maintenance, and warranty work





- Conducting vehicle inspections and reporting additional repair requirements

- Maintaining accurate repair and job records

- Ensuring all work is completed safely and within agreed timeframes

- Collaborating with fellow technicians and service advisors to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Automotive Technician

- Current driver's licence (manual preferred)

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Experience working within a dealership environment (preferred but not essential)

- A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment

- A positive attitude and professional presentation
