About the role

Help turn strategy into action across one of Maurice Blackburn’s most significant strategic programs.

We’relooking for a Program Manager who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, aligning people around what matters and turning strategy into tangible outcomes.

Sitting within ourInnovation & Delivery team in Personal Legal Services,you’llplay a key role in driving the Personal Law Strategic Program.You’llhelp shape andoperatethe program’s PMO capability, connect the dots across multiple initiatives, and give leaders a clear view of progress, priorities, risks,investmentand benefits.

Thisisn’ta role whereyou’llinherit a program plan and simply keep it updated.You’llhelpshape how the program runs-establishinggovernance and reporting, building the integrated roadmap, and working across teams to keep priorities aligned and delivery moving.

Whatyou’llbe doing

You’llbe at the centre of the program, working across Innovation & Delivery, Digital & Technology, Client Acquisition, our legalpracticesand Shared Services to bring teams,prioritiesand investments together.

You’ll:

- Establish and run governance and PMO practices across the Personal Law Strategic Program
- Build andmaintainthe integrated program roadmap, bringing together priorities,milestonesand dependencies
- Create clear, executive-ready reporting across progress, risks, issues,budgetsand benefits
- Helpidentify,trackandultimately realisethe benefits behind our strategic investments
- Coordinate priorities,



dependencies and resource constraints across multiple projects and teams
- Manage program forecasting, variancereportingand financial risks
- Lead strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery and benefits realisation
- Partner with our Change Management Practice to help ensure change is embedded and sustained
- Influence teams and stakeholders across the business, often without formal authority

Whatyou’llbring

We’relooking for someone who can think beyond individual projects andoperateconfidently at aprogram level-balancing the big picture with the detail needed to keep delivery on track.

You’llbring a strong background inprogram,projector PMO management, including experienceestablishingor building PMO capability across complex, multi-workstream programs.

You’llalso bring:

- Strong program governance,planningand prioritisation skills
- Experience managing meaningful program budgets,forecastsand financial risks
- A track recordof delivering measurable benefits against a business case
- Confidence working directly with senior executives and leadership forums
- The ability to build trust, create alignment and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong reporting,presentationand stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating vendors or external partners as part of program delivery
- Experience with tools such as Jira,Airtable, Confluence, Power BI, advanced Excel or similar
- Practical experience using AI-enabled tools and automation to improve planning, reporting or analysis
- Good judgement around privacy, security and confidentiality when delivering technology-enabled change

Experience in legal, professional services or another regulated environment would be valuable, as would Agile, PRINCE2,



PMP or change management certification. Butwe’rejust as interested in how you think, how you work with people and the outcomesyou’vedelivered.
