Located in the scenic township of Babinda, south of Cairns, Babinda State School is a welcoming Prep to Year 6 school with a proud history of supporting students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Current Prospect: English / Humanities* and Social Sciences - Year 7-12 (Temporary, ASAP - 11/12/2026)

Humanities vacancies could include some or all streams of Humanities and Social Sciences (Geography, History, Civics & Citizenship, Economics and Business, etc, across Year Levels 7 to 12).

What You'll Need

- Relevant teaching qualification
- Full or provisional QCT registration
- Australian working rights or valid visa
- Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply (include practicum reports, mentor statements & unofficial transcript)
