West Moreton Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the School Based Youth Health Service to promote positive health outcomes for young people, families and the school community through confidential health consultations, education, brief intervention and referrals as required.
Nurses will work in partnership with school communities and multidisciplinary teams to deliver best practice nursing care and leadership in accordance with NMBA standards.
