Repairs and Maintenance System Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and support our national restaurant network.

This is a system and service coordination-focused role, managing repair and maintenance requests through our RAMP platform. You’ll be responsible for assessing and prioritising incoming requests, coordinating the appropriate response and ensuring jobs are followed through to resolution, while keeping restaurants and other stakeholders updated along the way.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing incoming service and maintenance requests through the RAMP system
- Assessing, prioritising and allocating requests to the appropriate service provider or internal team
- Monitoring open requests and following up to ensure timely resolution
- Managing call-backs, escalations and after-hours service requests
- Acting as a key point of contact for restaurants and providing regular updates on outstanding requests
- Liaising with contractors, service providers and internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate job, contractor and asset information within RAMP




- Setting up and maintaining Service Level Agreements and scheduled maintenance requirements within the system
- Identifying and escalating urgent or recurring issues where required
- Supporting system reporting, administration and ongoing improvements to RAMP

About You

You’ll be someone who is organised, responsive and comfortable working in a busy, service-focused environment. You’ll enjoy managing a high volume of requests, working across different systems and speaking with a wide range of people throughout the day.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in a call centre, help desk, service desk, customer service or coordination environment
- Confidence using systems and learning recent technology
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to triage and prioritise multiple incoming requests
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to following up issues and seeing them through to resolution
- The ability to remain organised and responsive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within repairs and maintenance, facilities or restaurant operations is advantageous, but not essential
