What you will be doing
Residential installs across Sydney, working alongside skilled installers who care about precision.
- Install residential air conditioning systems to a high standard
- Diagnose and resolve on-site installation challenges
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Meet compliance and company quality standards
- Mentor apprentices and support the team coming up behind you
What we are looking for
- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)
- Proven residential installation experience
- ARCtick licence, or the ability to obtain one
- Solid problem-solving and attention to detail
- Valid Australian driver's licence
