We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Process Worker to join our growing production team. This is a hands‑on role in a quick‑paced food production environment, assisting with product preparation, packing, processing, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and handling food products in accordance with company procedures
- Packing and preparing products for distribution
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
- Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous food production, manufacturing, experience is desirable but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
