Job Description

Westpac Group is seeking a Chief Product Owner, Digital - AI Servicing to shape a recent domain in AI-powered customer experiences. You will define vision, strategy and roadmaps for conversational AI, intelligent search and digital help across Westpac's digital channels, driving measurable customer outcomes at scale.

You will lead and coach senior Product Owners, translate strategic ambitions into customer journeys, and ensure AI accelerates outcomes with a focus on value and personalization.
