Gympie Regional Council is seeking an experienced Specialist Building Maintenance Officer for a full time fixed-term 6-month position. The role covers building, renovation and maintenance across council facilities, with safety and compliance at the core.
You will work independently and with contractors, supervise staff, and coordinate a range of carpentry, roofing, plastering and painting tasks to keep facilities safe and fit for purpose.
