Salary

$86,896.63- $88,951.42+ super + salary packaging

About the Role

St Vincent’s Medical Imaging (MI) provides a comprehensive imaging service to inpatients, emergency department patients and outpatients as well as collaborating with world class research institutions on campus. We are a patient focussed service, highly engaged in multi‑disciplinary care on campus with a robust research arm, quality education and training under LAN 3 radiology training network.

- Be the organisational powerhouse behind the team – coordinate rosters, payroll and entitlements for Staff Specialists and Registrars, providing trusted advice and support on pay-related queries.
- Keep senior leaders one step ahead – manage busy calendars, correspondence, meetings and patient appointments to ensure the department runs smoothly.
- Make meetings happen seamlessly – coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare agendas and materials, attend meetings and capture accurate minutes for key department managers.
- Play a key role in growing the team – support recruitment campaigns and contribute to attracting and onboarding great people across the department.
- Support quality, compliance and performance – prepare activity reports for leadership, assist with RANZCR accreditation requirements, and provide broad administrative support across the department.

Highly organised and deadline-driven, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and keep things moving in a quick‑paced environment. Trusted and discreet, with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Adept with technology and digitally confident, with strong Microsoft Office skills across Excel, Word and Outlook.
