About us Avenues Montessori Children’s House is an Exceeding service and operates within long day care hours to support the families and children of Bowen Hills, Brisbane and surrounding areas. This classroom cares for 24 children aged 3 to 5 years of age and is part of a larger vibrant Cycle 1 Community. This is a strong community of Educator’s lead by exceptional and passionate Montessori Mentor’s.

The Role We are inviting candidates to apply for the position of Early Childhood Teacher in one of our Cycle 1 classrooms.

It is required that the successful candidate hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood and a 3-6 Montessori Diploma. Generous Remuneration and Rewards - $106,000 - $109,000 salary for the right applicant, annual bonus and staff childcare discounts Paid Professional Development

Duties Planning, preparation and delivery of a comprehensive Kindergarten Program that is guided by the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines Using your creative vision to lead and assist our community of families, children and employees Delivering a hands-on approach towards teaching young children Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent

Prior teaching experience in a childcare environment is essential (Teacher Registration is advantageous) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certification and valid Blue Card Enjoy co-collaborating, developing and maintaining open relationships with parents Excellent communication, planning and time management skills We will consider applicants who are studying towards a Montessori Diploma and/or a Bachelor of

Early Childhood qualification and are in their last year of study.
