- Managing enrolments and waitlists using childcare software (e.g., OWNA)
- Maintaining accreditation and quality standards, adhering to relevant laws, regulations and compliance
- Overseeing WHS and risk management protocols, ensuring a safe environment
- Handling invoices and expenses, keeping accurate databases and records
- Coordinating staff files and provide system training and support
- Fostering community partnerships through marketing, promotion, and social media
- Upholding policy implementation, aligning with government regulations and procedures
- Current Working with Children Check
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Demonstrated organisational andadministrative skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with flexibly and with limited supervision
- Demonstrated capacity to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Experience with Xero bookkeeping (preferred but not essential)
- Experience inAdministration in an Early Education and Care Service (preferred, but not essential).
- Demonstratedadministration, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Demonstrated numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The hours and working days can be versatile, but we require someone 4 days p/week.
