We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Food Production Staff to join the team at Inner Health Foods Pty Ltd in Glendenning, NSW. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst contributing to the production of quality food products. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, playing a vital role in our assembly and process operations. This position is perfect for individuals seeking casual work with the opportunity to develop skills in food production and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards

Perform assembly and packaging tasks with accuracy and efficiency to meet production targets

Follow standardised recipes, formulations and production procedures to ensure consistent product quality

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area, including equipment sanitisation

Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications before packaging

Assist with labelling, packaging and preparing products for dispatch

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production updates and issues

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to management

Comply with all food safety regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policies

What we're looking for

Previous experience in food production, manufacturing or assembly work (preferred but not essential)

A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene





Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced production environment and meet productivity targets

Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately

A cooperative and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to accommodate varying shift patterns

Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Current food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one (preferred)

Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
