About the role
You’resomeone who:
- Translates strategies into successful programs and projects, with clear governance, accountability, monitoring and risk management.
- Focuses on value, return on investment, efficiencies and managing organisational risk.
- Evaluates issues from multiple perspectives, identifies recurring problems and develops practical, sustainable solutions.
- Presents information clearly, logically and succinctly, tailoring communication to the audience.
- Builds accountability, engagement and performance while supporting teams to achieve outcomes.
- Builds strong internal and external partnerships, promotes collaboration and removes communication barriers.
- Develops and implements asset management strategies aligned with organisational priorities, service delivery and long‑term sustainability.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or demonstrated experience in program investment planning.
- Understanding of road safety and Protected System principles.
- Experience in program/project delivery, including project, contract, budget management and financial reporting.
- At least three years’ relevant experience in road safety, engineering or a related field.
