The Employment Consultant role is based in Burwood on a full time contract, reporting to the Area Manager and delivering holistic services including case management, coaching, and job matching.
You will work with jobseekers to address barriers, source vacancies, and build tailored plans with partners to support progress toward sustainable employment.
