The Opportunity

As a Civil Concreter, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects. You will work with a small crew on-site, maintain quality standards, support safe work practices and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working to daily production targets while maintaining quality

- Driving quality workmanship and productivity

- Maintaining secure work practices

- Communicating effectively with Leading Hand, Machine Operator and crew members

- Supporting crew development and mentoring

- Identifying site issues and raising with the Leading Hand and Foreman

- Taking ownership of project outcomes

This is a hands-on position. You'll be expected to set the standard through your actions, attitude and commitment.
