As much overtime as you want. Big jobs running 10-hour days are coming online (subject to project requirements) and weekend work for those interested.

The role

We're hiring experienced post-tensioners and steel fixers to join our crews. If you've got post-tensioning experience, even better. If you're a steel fixer willing to cross-train, we'll teach you. If you're brand new to the trade but reliable and motivated, talk to us about our training program.

You'll be working on:

- Stressing, grouting and remedial works
- Steel fixing and reinforcement
- Site safety, quality and compliance

What we need from you

Essential: Construction White Card. Driver's licence and reliable transport. Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Preferred: Post-tensioning or steel fixing experience. Comfort with power tools.

Bonus: Willingness to do away work if it suits you.
