PERSOL are hiring an Account manager to join our client, a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company in the Western Sydney region. This company specialises in the production of complementary medicines, supplements and vitamins. They are seeking a motivated and outgoing Individual to join the Account Management team to maintain and grow existing client and customer relationships.

Job responsibilities

- Identify client needs and be a primary contact for day to day communications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service for current and existing accounts
- Continuously enhance marketing communications skills and knowledge
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships at a technical level




- Mentor and train junior team members where necessary

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in a client facing Naturopath position will also be considered
- Knowledge of complementary medicines is highly regarded
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Time management and organisation skills
- Quarterly bonus structure
