Ingram Micro is seeking a hands-on Manager, Customer Support to lead the APAC operations team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will own the queue, drive escalations to resolution, and ensure timely and explicit communication to customers across the APAC region.

You will leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce routine workload, coach a growing team, and collaborate with Problem Management, Product, and Engineering to address recurring issues.
