We are seeking a reliable and hands on Assembly Worker for our well established client’s team located in Prestons. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands on work and takes pride in producing quality products.

You will be responsible for assembling roller shutter and folding closure doors, working with a range of components, hand tools and equipment to ensure each door is assembled accurately and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble roller shutter and folding closure doors

Work with a variety of components and materials

Use hand tools and basic workshop equipment

Follow assembly instructions, drawings and specifications

Ensure products are assembled accurately and meet quality standards

Conduct basic checks of completed assemblies

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area

Work collaboratively as part of a team

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Practical, reliable and hardworking

Comfortable using hand tools





Mechanically minded with good attention to detail

Able to follow instructions and work to specifications

Physically capable of performing hands on assembly work

Quality focused and takes pride in their work

Punctual and dependable

A team player with a positive attitude

Australian Working Rights

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, doors, roller shutters, fabrication or a similar hands on environment would be highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right person.

What We Offer

Full time, permanent position

Consistent Monday to Friday hours: M-T 7.30am -4.00pm F- 7.30am-1.30pm

Early finish every Friday at 1:30pm
