The Company operates its flagship Murchison Gold Project, 50km north of Meekatharra. The project is a combined open pit and underground gold mining operation with an initial 10-year mine life. Site activities are ramping up with the scond underground portal scheduled for commencmenet in September 2026.

About the Roles
n
Meeka operate an owner operator minesite with Access Mining as a partner in underground mining. Together we are looking for shiftbosses to manage and execute our daily shift plans.
n
The role is offered on an 2:2 roster, FIFO from Perth.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Run the underground safely, efficiently and proactively.
n
- Mentor and coach others who are working their way up
n
n
About You
n
n
- Shiftboss ticket (WA)
n
- Solid underground experience across mining activities
n
- Valid C Western Australian Drivers Licence.
n
- Valid National Police Clearance
n
n

You will be accommodated in a well-appointed mine village with a fully equipped gym, WIFI with streaming capacity, and full Telstra coverage. Catering is provided by the Company's own catering and facilities management team with a budget that supports a wide variety of high-quality food options from our very own Chefs!
