Immediate start is available for an experienced AI & Automation Business Analyst to join a team delivering new AI capabilities across the organisation.

This role will suit a Business Analyst who has already worked in this space and can take an opportunity from discovery and use-case development through to delivery and adoption.

You'll bring 5+ years of Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experience, together with demonstrated experience across AI, automation, intelligent workflows or digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI use cases, including problem statements, scope, expected value and success measures
- Analyse existing processes and design future-state workflows and decision flows
- Assess feasibility and support prioritisation of opportunities
- Develop requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
- Work with technical teams across data, integrations and systems
- Support AI governance, risk, privacy and control requirements
- Coordinate UAT and contribute to testing, implementation and operational readiness
- Develop adoption, training and knowledge-transfer materials
- Track benefits, outcomes and value realised
- Apply AI tools to enhance analysis, research and documentation

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

- A strong understanding of generative AI and practical business applications
- Experience identifying and shaping opportunities for automation or AI-enabled improvement
- Strong process analysis and requirements capability
- Experience working with technical delivery teams
- Experience across discovery, feasibility, testing, UAT and implementation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- An understanding of responsible AI, privacy, risk and governance
- Practical experience using AI tools in your own delivery work
