Trio Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as the Branch Manager for our Towing & Roadside Department. This role suits someone eager to expand their skills across multiple operational areas while supporting the daily running of our Gladstone Depot. As our fleet continues to grow, this position offers genuine opportunities for career progression and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations — Administrative duties, driving and operating tow trucks and roadside assistance vehicles.
Safety and Compliance — Daily pre‑start checks, weekly morning meetings, and monthly depot audits.
Depot Operations Knowledge — Understanding all operational functions within the depot.
Customer Service — Assisting customers and local businesses with exceptional service.
24/7 Rostering — Creating and managing rosters for a 24/7 operation, including coverage for weekends, nights, public holidays, and leave periods.
Team and KPI Support — Assisting with KPIs, training, development, and managing holiday workloads.
Stock Control — Monitoring battery and equipment stock, including rotation of damaged or outdated products.
Training Attendance — Attending business training sessions out of town.
WHS Support — Assisting WHS with all operational safety needs.
Administrative Coverage — Supporting administrative duties when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Mechanical knowledge
Exceptional customer service
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Willingness to learn
MR license or higher
Availability for 24/7 operations
