We are seeking an experienced and influential Change Manager to join our SEQ Integration Team. This role will play a critical part in supportingour leaders toeffectively lead their people throughthe SEQ Change Journey to 2032 and beyond . This includes but is not limited to projects such as Cross River Rail, European Train Control System (ETCS), and Queensland Train ManufacturingProgram(QTMP).

We are seeking talented change professionals to fill both a 12-month fixed-term opportunity and a permanent opportunity. These roles are responsible for co-developing the strategic Change Roadmap for our SEQ Leadership, delivering associated strategic and tactical change communications, and ensuring our leaders are equipped with the capability to effectively lead sustainable change.

About the role

Reporting to theSeniorMgrChange & Business Readiness, you will:

- Work closelythe projectsand members of the SEQ-Integration Team,



toco-develop the integratedChangeRoadmapandengagement activities that support the successful delivery oftheSEQJourney to 2032.
- Design and deliver changecommunicationand engagementplansand associatedcollateralthat ensure stakeholders are informed,engagedand prepared for change.
- Partnerwith the SEQ Leadership and the Strategic People Partners to drive effectiveemployee consultation activities aligned to the SEQ Change Roadmap, ensuring our people have an opportunity to be part of the change.
- Provide expert change leadership, coaching and guidance to leaders, projectteamsand stakeholders to build organisational change capability.
- Identify capabilityimpactsand training requirements,working closely with the SEQ Training Managers and Queensland Rail's Training and Development team tosupport successful adoption of new processes,systemsand ways of working.
- Build andmaintaineffective relationships across Queensland Rail, providing trusted advice and support to drive successful change outcomes.
- Monitor and assess change readiness, stakeholderengagementand adoption outcomes, providing recommendations to maximise benefits realisation and long-term success.
- Extensive experience in applyingpragmaticchange management methodologies,frameworksand techniques to support organisational transformation and workplace reform, ideally in
- Strong capability in developing and implementing change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, businessreadinessand training initiatives within large and complex organisations.
- Demonstrated experience assessing organisational impacts and translating business requirements into practical change solutions.




- Well-developed project management,planningand problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tighttimeframes.
- Exceptional communication, influencing,consultationand relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative and resilient approach, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and support teams through periods ofsignificant change.
