About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your role will involve:

- Supervise a team of 6–7 during the morning shift (6am–2pm, Mon–Fri)
- Work hands-on in the warehouse/production floor(not a desk job)
- Monitor team performance, attendance, output and engagement
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, quality assurance and housekeeping standards

What You’ll Bring To the Role

We're looking for a dynamic individual who is either already Supervising a small team or who is looking for the next step in their career where they can step into a Team Lead / Supervisory role. What we are looking for is:

- A current forklift licence (required)
- Experience in a production, warehouse or retail / grocer setting (e.g. nightfill, packer, etc.)
- Robust leadership and communication skills, you enjoy working with people
- A proactive, hands-on approach, lead by doing
- Good mechanical understanding of production equipment (advantageous)
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
