Tasks & Responsibilities

- Proactively seek potential client via social media
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients
- Being in charge of counselling students by asking important questions, proactively listening to their needs and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study options
- Process applications for international students: ELICOS, VET, College and University (This includes course-related requests, including extension, deferrals, and cancellations.)
- Communicate with partner institutions to inquire about or follow up with students’ application
- Attend professional training and industry event from institutions or the company
- Update and report weekly,



monthly & quarterly application process to the manager
- Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students

To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

- The personality to foster, build and manage relationships
- Should have adequate knowledge of the surroundings or domestic area
- Work under pressure and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Be able to work individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to take different opportunities, bringing an open mind to ad-hoc duties as required
- Understanding the Australian student visa system
- Understanding the admission process for English school, VET College and Universities in Australia
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling or education consultancy.
- Robust knowledge of Australian education policies and visa requirements.
- Proficiency in multilingual languages such as Filipino dialects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior education consultant experience of 1-2 year in Australia is required
- At least 1 year of experience in migration and education agency.
