The Hours
Flexible shifts between 10:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
You choose your hours within that window
Minimum shift length of 4–5 hours
Casual and permanent part time positions available.

About the Role
As our Appointment Setter, you'll be the first friendly voice our customers hear. You'll:
- Make outbound calls to identify and qualify potential customers
- Book appointments for our solar and energy consultants
- Build quick rapport and trust with homeowners and businesses
- Keep the CRM up to date with accurate notes and follow-ups
- Deliver a warm, qualified experience on every call
- Introduce customers to solutions that genuinely benefit them
Who We're Looking For
- A confident, friendly communicator who loves connecting with people
- High energy, positive, and motivated to hit targets
- Coachable and resilient — every "no" is a step closer to a "yes"
- Experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, lead generation or business development is a bonus, but attitude matters most.
